Prints

UK customers please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. Prints sent to UK mainland are sent by Royal Mail special delivery. Shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout when ordering. Shipping time is 24 to 48 hours. Shipping time is estimated but not guaranteed.

International customers please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. Shipping fees* will be calculated at the checkout when ordering. Prints sent worldwide are sent by Royalmail. Shipping time is 5 - 7 working days. Shipping time is estimated but not guaranteed.

*Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not take responsibility for custom/import fees in other countries.

Once your print/s have been posted you will be sent an email with a tracking number to follow online.

If an fine art print is declared lost in transit by the courier, then we will reship another print for you.

All art shipped is insured. If your print/s have been damaged in transmit please take 2 or more photos of the damaged print immediately and email Helen [email protected] with your order number so that a claim can be filed and a new print be sent.

Original Drawings

UK customers please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. Original drawings sent to UK mainland are sent by Parcel Force 48 (2 working days). Shipping time is estimated but not guaranteed.

International customers please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. Original drawings sent worldwide are sent by Parcel Force global priority (3 - 9 working days). Shipping time is estimated but not guaranteed.

If an original drawing is declared lost in transit by the courier, then we will file a claim and issue a full refund including the postage fee.

All art shipped is insured. If your original drawing have been damaged in transmit please take 2 or more photos of the damaged drawing immediately and email Helen [email protected] with your order number so that a claim can be filed. Given that original artwork can not be replaced the original artwork will need to be returned. We will pay for the return cost of the item with a courier of our choice. When the original item is received and checked a full refund including the postage fee will be issued to the buyer.

REFUNDS

All sales are non refundable.

PACKAGING

Prints are rolled in tissue (acid free) and a polythene tube then placed in a cardboard postal tube.

Original drawings are flat packaged and secured with protective wrapping in a cardboard box.
